ITerms of Commission
General
  • 01You must be 18+ to order a commission from me. I do not interact with minors.
  • 02With appropriate credit and watermark maintained, you may repost my work anywhere for personal use.
    • ↳Commissions and work made for others may not be used commercially without my explicit knowledge.
  • 03Turnaround is typically one to thirty days from payment received. Real-life obligations and project commitments may extend this without notice.
  • 04I will not ask for payment until I am absolutely ready to begin your art. There may be a wait, queue and outside circumstances dependent, but I try to keep clients updated on my latest news.
  • 05Be aware that if you are flaky, indecisive, or lacking in communication that I may refuse your commission. It is nothing personal, but my time is valuable and I lose confidence with people who do not know what they want.
  • 06Additional characters carry a +100% fee. This may be reduced depending on:
    • ↳The composition and degree to which each character is obscured.
    • ↳The complexity of both characters and the requested poses.
Payment
The following applies to all commissions, adopts, and/or character resales.
  • 01Payment may be done in USD, Euro, GBP via PayPal invoice, and must be paid within 48 hours.
    • ↳Payment plans can be discussed if the price totals $300+ USD or more.
    • ↳Stripe may be used for payment for SFW work only.
  • I can offer refunds if:
    • ↳You change your mind prior to the lineart stage. I may do a partial refund, and I may recycle any unused or unfinished work.
    • ↳The art is a WIP past the maximum turnaround time (30 days from payment received) and you wish to cancel.
    • ↳I am unable to complete the art for any reason.
  • I cannot offer refunds if:
    • ↳You ask for one after the lineart stage has been completed.
    • ↳You have bought a design from me and now wish to resell it to me. I do not "buy back" my designs unless I ask explicitly.

    • Be aware that if you ask for a refund, your sketch or lineart may be recycled as personal art or as someone else's commission at a later date and that you will have no rights to it. A "WIP" in these terms is defined in all cases as a work in progress or unfinished piece up to the lineart stage.
Work process
The following applies to all commissions, customs, adopts, and designs by me.
  • 01I may take anywhere from one to thirty days to complete a commission, subject to circumstance. I have obligations and projects that require me sometimes unexpectedly.
  • 02Changes may be requested during the sketch stage without incurring fees. Changes requested after the sketch stage, especially numerous changes, may be subject to additional fees.
  • 03I occasionally charge complexity fees, subject to discussion and to my listed commission prices. I may charge complexity fees for:
    • ↳Highly complex reference sheets with multiple involved traits (wings, robotics, amalgamations)
    • ↳Backgrounds requested to be highly detailed or specific.
  • &c.I will not tolerate requests for refunds of commissions that are already finished (lol).
Rights & use
The following applies to all commissions, customs, adopts, and designs by me.
  • 01I do not care about commercial usage shit. If you've bought a commission or design from me that was also made by me, you may use it however you wish. Credit somewhere would be a polite courtesy.
    • ↳Obviously I do not condone my art being used in NFTs, crypto, AI, or any kind of procedural mimicry.
  • 02I reserve the right to use my own work for promotional purposes and in my public galleries. If you want your credits, character, or commission to be anonymous, please inform me at any point during the commission process.
  • 03Obviously, you cannot claim, trace, heavily edit, or redistribute my art or content as your own.

    • If you have bought a design or character from me secondhand that was not designed by me, I have no care, say, or responsibility over what you do as far as the above goes, and I will not enforce rules on anyone's behalf aside from my own. Not my art, not my problem.
    Likewise, if you buy a custom, design, or OC from me, then it is your property in full and does not belong to me in any way. I do not police where my designs go to, how they are used, or what they are done with. I only maintain ownership in credit over any art itself that I have made of aforementioned designs.
    • 01I have a right to use art and designs, that I have made, in my public galleries or as promotional material.
    • 02You may otherwise resell, retrade, or redesign your character/s as you see fit. It is your property, not mine.

      • I otherwise ask that you do not edit, modify, or draw over my original art in any way without my explicit permission beforehand. This includes outfit edits, colour shifting, or drawing on my art in any way. Not asking is rude. Asking will merit consent or an option that works for us both. Thanks.

Will draw
  • ✓Most SFW and NSFW content. This includes:
    • ↳Almost any nature of SFW content.
    • ↳Content that borders SFW and NSFW; sensitive content, suggestive imagery.
    • ↳NSFW such as pornography; most kinks/fetishes, "taboo" such as nonconsent, incest, ero-guro, and psychologically taxing kinks.
    • ↳NSFW such as violence; light/extreme gore, injury, blood, sensitive content
  • ✓I will gladly attempt almost any creature; anthro, quad, monster, alien, humanoid, and I have a specialty in sapient characters.
  • ✓I will gladly attempt complex shapes; mechs, augmentations, robotic parts, elaborate wing structures, weaponry, architecture.
  • ✓I might do fanart if it is requested, but please detail about the nature of what you want.
Will not draw
  • ✗Certain extreme content. This includes any of the following:
    • ↳Extreme taboo, such as zoophilia, pedophilia, trans/race fetishism, as some examples.
    • ↳Hateful, political, or religious material of any disposition adjacent to reality.
    In regards to quad ("feral") art, I follow the cartoonist's guide. A character without all or most of the following is a feral animal and I will not draw it in any NSFW-oriented situations:
    • ↳Sapience, a capacity for speech
    • ↳Dextrous limbs/hands/fingers
    • ↳Visible eyebrows, visible sclera
    • ↳Humanlike body language, humanlike expressions
    If your character has all or most of the above, they are simply a quad furry character, and so I will draw them.
  • ✗I will not draw underage characters at all. I may draw my own OCs as minors in some SFW, specific situations, or I may draw minors for purposes of life study, but I have no interest in this as a commission subject.
  • ✗I will not draw from directly stolen material, or copy without explicit permission any material 1:1 that has been produced by another artist.
