terms of service
➸ general
· you must be 18+ to order a commission from me· you may reupload your art anywhere for personal use as long as you credit me somewhere· my turnaround time is up to 30 days from payment received.· i will not ask for payment until i am absolutely ready to begin your art. this sometimes takes a while but if you have been DMed/accepted, you will know. i don't forget about direct clients.
➸ payment
· payment in USD via PayPal Invoice. upfront within 48hr. payment plan can be discussed if price is $300+.i will refund if:
· the art is otherwise a WIP at any point. i will (partially) refund up to the sketch stage
· the commission goes beyond the turnaround date and you want a refund or to cancel· beyond the sketch stage, i will not refund for anything unless i am unable to complete the art for any reason.
➸ rights & use
· unless discussed, all art is non-commercial and for personal use only.
within those personal usage rights, with credit, you may use or repost your comm however you like.· i do not condone my art being used in NFTs, crypto, or AI· i reserve the right to use commissioned work and designs for promo purposes or in my galleries· you cannot claim, trace, heavily edit, or redistribute my art as your own
➸ work process
· i can take anywhere from 1-30 days to complete a commission subject to circumstance.· changes can be requested during the sketch stage without a fee. any changes requested after the sketch stage or numerous changes are subject to a fee.· i do sometimes charge complexity fees, depending on the scope of the complexity, which are subject to discussion· i do not accept refunds on comms that are already finished
➸ adopts & designs
if you buy a custom, design, or oc from me, then it is fully your property and does not belong to me in any way. i do not police where my designs go. i only maintain ownership over the original art.· i have a right to us that art in my online galleries or as promotional material· you may otherwise resell, retrade, or redesign the oc as you see fit. it is your property, not mine.· i otherwise only ask that you do not edit, modify, or draw over my original art in any way without explicitly asking me beforehand. this includes outfit edits, colour shifting, or drawing on my art.
anything not listed here is subject to discussion.
by commissioning me, you agree automatically to my terms
